We are a travel agency and fine arts photography sales company. If you willingly share information with us in order to book travel, we retain your information for as long as needed in order to successfully and lawfully provide travel agency services. If you voluntarily provide personal information with us in a photograph sale, we retain your information as necessary to complete the transaction and deliver your ordered product. Your name and additional contact information such as phone number and email address may also be securely retained indefinitely for internal notification and marketing purposes. None of this information is shared externally with any third parties without your expressed permission. We do not sell/share data or spam you. In the future, we may create an annual or quarterly email newsletter to notify previous and existing customers of upcoming tours and products but you may opt out at any time.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the ExploreWithSpike.com blog pages, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Payment Information

Contact forms & “Notify Me” page

If you have voluntarily contacted us or asked to be notified about an upcoming tour, your name and additional contact information such as phone number and email address is securely retained indefinitely for internal notification and marketing purposes. None of this information is shared externally with any third parties without your expressed permission. We do not sell/share data or spam you. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
