The hotel room blocks, motorcoach, tour directors and other expenses we have arranged in advance of this tour are a great expense and non-refundable to us. Last-minute cancellation by you can make it difficult for us to find another replacement. There is a cost and risk for us to arrange group travel. Therefore, a payment plan has been set up and all payments are non-refundable unless we can find another traveler to take your spot. We understand life changes and emergencies happen so we will make every attempt to replace you on the tour if you have to cancel. (We sometimes have a waiting list.) If we find a replacement, all of your money will be refunded, minus your $500 deposit. But if we reach the tour and we can not find someone to go in your place, your deposits and payments are non-refundable. An empty seat comes at a great cost to us. Therefore, the following non-refundable payment plan has been put into place:
Payment schedule for Tour #1 and Tour #2 (6 day tours)
PAYMENT 1: deposit to book your tour & reserve your spot ($500)
PAYMENT 2: due Sept 15 ($1,000)
PAYMENT 3: due Nov 15 ($1,000)
PAYMENT 4: due Jan 15 (balance)
Payment schedule for Tour #3 (13 day tour)
PAYMENT 1: deposit to book your tour & reserve your spot ($1,000)
PAYMENT 2: due Sept 15 ($2,000)
PAYMENT 3: due Nov 15 ($2,500)
PAYMENT 4: due Jan 15 (balance)
If you booked your trip after Sept 8, 2023:
Payment schedule for Tour #1 and Tour #2 (6 day tours)
PAYMENT 1: deposit to book your tour & reserve your spot ($500)
PAYMENT 2: due Nov 15 ($1,500)
PAYMENT 3: due Jan 15 ($1,500)
PAYMENT 4: due Mar 15 (balance)

PAYMENT 3: due Jan 15 ($2,000 or balance)
PAYMENT 4: due Mar 15 (balance if any)
If you booked your trip after Nov 15, 2023:
All Ireland Tours:
PAYMENT 1: ($1,000 deposit to book your tour & reserve your spot)
PAYMENT 2: Balance due within 30 days.
If you book after Mar 15, 2024, full payment may be required.
