Ireland 2027: payment & cancellation policy

Ireland 2027: payment & cancellation policy

Please note: Your deposit / processing fee is always non-refundable.
Do not book our tours unless you are sure you want to go.

Emergencies happen! Please get trip insurance to protect yourself!

The hotel room blocks, transportation, tour directors and other expenses we have arranged in advance of this tour are a great expense and non-refundable to us. Last-minute cancellation by you can make it difficult for us to find another replacement.  There is a cost and risk for us to arrange group travel. Therefore, a payment plan has been set up for you that requires you to pay as funds are needed for our overseas vendors and hotels. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable unless we can find another traveler to take your spot. We understand life changes and emergencies happen so we will make every attempt to replace you on the tour if you have to cancel. (We sometimes have a waiting list.) If we find a replacement, your money will be refunded, minus your deposit. But if we reach the tour and we can not find someone to go in your place, your deposits and payments are non-refundable. An empty seat comes at a great cost to us. Therefore, the following non-refundable payment plan has been put into place:

Payment schedule if you registered for an Ireland 2027 tour:
—  $1,000 deposit to reserve your spot on the tour
—  $2,000 due June 15, 2026
—  $2,000 due September 1, 2026
—  Remaining Balance due November 15, 2026

Please see notes at the bottom of the tour’s web page regarding documents, physical limitations, weather and any other conditions. Thank you!
