What to Expect

Flight Details:  You will book your own flight to leave the U.S. on May 8th and arrive in London on May 9th. Current airfare is about $900-1,200 round-trip from Detroit but will vary greatly over the next ten months. I’ll help you choose flights. I leave airfare to you for two reasons: some people use miles/points, and because some people choose to extend their stay in England by arriving early or staying longer.  (This trip is designed so that most full-time workers will use only 4 vacation days.) This trip 1s 18+ (legal drinking age in England). Exceptions could be made for parents with teens. Contact me.

Once you arrive at the London hotel, we take over and take care of you for the next 6 days and 5 nights!  I do small tours so you get my full attention (12 participants MAX). I guarantee you’ll have a fun time, see amazing sights, make new friends and return home with amazing photos and stories!

There’s also an option to extend this tour with a visit to Scotland. See combined tour here.

WEATHER NOTICE: May is generally mild and pleasant, with temperatures often ranging from cool to comfortably warm, making it a good time for travel and outdoor sightseeing with fewer crowds than in summer; however, occasional rain and variable conditions mean it’s wise to pack layers and waterproof gear to stay comfortable. It’s not as wet as people think… but that doesn’t mean we won’t see rainfall. We will adjust the tour locations each day as necessary for comfort but we continue in all weather.
